City of ambition: by Alfred Stieglitz: the picture has emphasis because once you look at the picture your eyes lead you to look at what seems to be the empire state building because it looks like an early photo of manhattan.
Gasoline station: by Berenice Abbott: the photo has harmony beacause once you look at the photo you see the gas pumps all lined up and you can see how they line up together evenly and nicely.
Moonshine: by Ansel Adams: this photo has emphasis and variety. when you look at the picture you direct your eyes up at the lone moon. then you look at the town and see all different types pf homes
Grounded: by Doug Aitken: the photo has emphasis because right away you see the back of the airplane. it also has harmony because the engines and wings have the same sizes and shapes.
White angel breadline: by Dorthea Lange: emphasis  is what this photo has, once you look at it you pay full attention to the one man looking over the fence with his hat low thinking.
Untitled: by Helena Almeida: this photo has emphasis to it. it sort of looks like the hand is painted on to this material. at first glance your eyes look strait to the hand then you look at the rest of the picture.
